CFA VOLUNTEERS - CREATING SAFER COMMUNITIES

Gembrook Fire Brigade is a brigade within the Country Fire Authority (CFA) organisation and is referred to as the ‘Gembrook CFA’.
The Gembrook Brigade services a substantial area around Gembrook, a moderately sized rural township located approximately 70 kilometres east of Melbourne and nestled in the picturesque rolling hills of the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria, Australia. Gembrook CFA works in close co-operation with the other fire brigades bordering its area.

This site cannot provide instant alerts for major threats to the community.
There are links below that give quick access to the CFA & the VIC Emergency websites.
Either of these websites provide immediate alerts and regularly updated reports.

Don’t forget to follow us on Facebook, but please be mindful we do not monitor our Facebook page in an emergency, we’ll be out fighting fires.

We are tens of thousands of Victorians, committed to protecting lives and property.
On July 1, 2020 CFA became a proudly volunteer fire service.
We are skilled, determined and here to serve Victorians now and into the future.
We are from the community and for the community.
We are CFA.
